Our friends at the Kamloops Cycling Coalition (KCC) are working hard to make cycling infrastructure a priority in Kamloops. They need YOUR help prioritizing funding projects contained in the Kamloops Transportation Master Plan accelerated and delivered to the community over a 10-year period. Here's how you can help:
Show up in person to present a united front to city council! Join the KCC this Wednesday, February 15 from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. at Mcarthur Island Sport & Event Centre Lounge. Showing up in numbers increases the chances of obtaining funding!
Go to the "Let’s Talk" budget page and express support for supplementary budget item 10. You have to register to comment on “Let’s Talk.”
Go ahead and send an email to show your support for increased funding to better the future of cycling infrastructure in the city!
